Can't generated using Partner models, only Firefly models work

Nous payons un abonnement Adobe Firefly avec un volume élevé de crédits, cependant le service est actuellement inutilisable.

Les générations ne correspondent pas aux demandes et l’outil affiche régulièrement un message d’erreur avec l’icône du petit chien indiquant “un problème est survenu”.

Nous avons déjà contacté le support technique qui nous a indiqué que le problème semblait venir de l’intégration Gemini/réseau côté Adobe, sans solution proposée.

Nous avons testé plusieurs navigateurs, réseaux et appareils, avec le même résultat.

Nous demandons :

• une résolution technique rapide,
• un geste commercial ou remboursement partiel pour la période inutilisable,
• et une escalade du dossier auprès d’une équipe technique supérieure.

Using virtually ANY of the image and video creation tools, they are MANY failures and OFTEN it still takes the CREDITS from my account. This is absolutely terrible quality control and account credits management. I want my credits back… I have lost about 1000 credits in the last two days.

Common problems

• Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
  (short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
• busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is. 

Anything to do with Children

• if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

• - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
• Nudity

I’ve been trying to generate both videos and images, but every attempt keeps failing with the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I already refreshed the site and retried multiple times, but it still doesn’t work. Even different prompts are failing. I’m mainly trying to create cinematic historical POV/vlog-style content. Could you please check if there’s an issue with my account, generative credits, or the Firefly servers? Thank you.

Non trovo giusto che avanti ad un messaggio di errore i crediti vengano scalati, sono a sottoporvi questo errore che capita di continuo e chiedo formalmente il rimborso dei crediti scalati senza ricevere risultati.

nao estou consegindo gerar imagens no nano banana, mesmo com prompts super simples
ja estou a um mes tentando gerar imagens com o nano banana mas parou completamente, vive dando tela de erro para tentar mais tarde e voces nao me ajudam. 

Firefly is not generating video. I write a promt, upload reference images and there is always information that “sometihing went wrong”.

Why this is happening?I need to generatie video, I’m trying since 2 hours and loosing time.

Me too; I’ve noticed that it works well before about 12:00 GMT, after that flaky might be a good word. Wasted a lot of credit on “Something went wrong, please try again later”
