Can't generated using Partner models, only Firefly models work

Hello Adobe Support,

I just purchased a new Firefly subscription today, and I am unable to generate any videos using any model (Firefly Video, Veo 3 Fast, etc.).

Every attempt returns the error:
“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I tested:

  • Different prompts

  • Very simple prompts

  • Different browsers

  • Incognito mode

  • Different internet connections

The issue still happens on every video generation attempt.

My account is brand new, and the credits have not been used yet.
Image generation works, but video generation always fails.

Could you please check if there is an activation issue, backend restriction, or account-related problem affecting video generation on my account?

    nao estou consegindo gerar imagens no nano banana, mesmo com prompts super simples
    ja estou a um mes tentando gerar imagens com o nano banana mas parou completamente, vive dando tela de erro para tentar mais tarde e voces nao me ajudam.

    Firefly is not generating video. I write a promt, upload reference images and there is always information that “sometihing went wrong”.

    Why this is happening?I need to generatie video, I’m trying since 2 hours and loosing time.

    Me too; I’ve noticed that it works well before about 12:00 GMT, after that flaky might be a good word. Wasted a lot of credit on “Something went wrong, please try again later”

    I can't generate images with any AI except Firefly Image.
    Issue description:
    I have 4000/4000 points available, but every time I try to render an image using the Gemini 3.0 or Gemini 3.1 models, I get an error telling me to try again later. I've tried many times, but it still doesn't work.

    generated a pic. signed up for the free trial so i could use the unlimited gens until tomorrow. NOTHING. will generate for me when it was working perfectly fine before i signed up. 

    immediately after signing up for the free trial.

    Costumo usar o Banana Pro, mas todos os serviços estão apresentando erros há dias. Já tentei:

    1. Limpar o cache do navegador — Ctrl + Shift + Del → limpar tudo → tentar novamente. Às vezes o token da sessão expira e isso acaba travando o sistema.
    2. Abrir em aba anônima — fiz login novamente e tentei gerar por lá. Se funciona, normalmente é problema de cache.
    3. Testar em outro navegador — além do Chrome, tentei também no Edge e no Firefox.
    4. Verificar a assinatura — conferi nas configurações da conta se o plano expirou ou se houve algum problema com o pagamento.

    Mesmo assim, continuo sem conseguir utilizar a plataforma, e isso está me prejudicando no trabalho.

    nao consigo a dias gerar imagens, falando que ocorreu um erro.

    The image is not generated using partner models at all, it does not allow access to the board, and not all partner models are available in Photoshop

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It’s possible you’re on a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for Standard and Premium features. From what you’ve described, it seems those generations may already have been used.

    To be sure, please share a screenshot of the error and a screenshot of your Account menu, you can find it under your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the page (make sure to hide any personal info like your email address
