can't see the mouse arrow in the image for modifying it

We've seen an increase in this and the team is looking into it. 

No luck with that. 

But honestly, If this is happening to more people. There is no trick to do. It should be a fix.

So there's three things you can try.

• Zoom in/out on your broswer
• Hard reset your browser. Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R
• Use Incognito mode.

Chrome does the same thing or even worse. As in chrome, the arrow is only showing when I pass over the controls below. Once the mouse is move out of the controls (generate text box and tool bar (remove, add, etc.)) the mouse arrow disappears.

Can we work on a process of elimination?

Can you try generate in another browser like Chrome to see if the problem manifests there as well?

This will help us narrow down possible cause.
