Cannot submit feedback for 'thumbs-down' video on Firefly

My Kling 3.0 video generation charged 375 credits, but did not animate at all. The intention was for the last frame to look the same as the first frame, but I specifically had plenty of animation detail requested in between. When I went to ‘thumbs down’ the still generation, it would not illuminate the “Submit” button. I tried every combination of checked boxes, filled out the text and cleared it, etc. and nothing allowed me to click the button that would report the feedback. Hopefully you can address that here! Also I have a screenshot of the bug attached.

the notrously bad image generation thats just for milking peoples credits no longer is accepting negative feedback.

Is it also a “bug” that today I’m getting nothing but my reference image given back to me no matter how simple or detailed the prompt is….

Have cleared history, cache, restarted - my thumbs-down reports are not nasty (e.g. prompt: photo to black and white drawing generated as a sepia photo image). Have provided many thumbs-up reports as well, but thumbs-down NEVER works.

New to firefly - converting photos to black and white line drawings - have no trouble submitting positive feedback, but corrective, thumbs-down feedback is never allowed. Submit button greyed out every time a thumbs-down feedback is attempted

Noticed today that the thumbs down negative feedback button on firefly is being greyed out so i cannot report images that are consistently coming out bad. I have to refresh my browser each time and come back to the page.
