Cannot submit feedback for 'thumbs-down' video on Firefly

My Kling 3.0 video generation charged 375 credits, but did not animate at all. The intention was for the last frame to look the same as the first frame, but I specifically had plenty of animation detail requested in between. When I went to ‘thumbs down’ the still generation, it would not illuminate the “Submit” button. I tried every combination of checked boxes, filled out the text and cleared it, etc. and nothing allowed me to click the button that would report the feedback. Hopefully you can address that here! Also I have a screenshot of the bug attached.
