Content Credentials warning on any image wich i trying to add

Often, when trying to generate a video, none of the buttons or input fields work. Even if the buttons work, I can't attach any single file as a reference. I've tried logging out and logging back in. I've uploaded all sorts of files, from screenshots to images cleaned up using data removal services, but the answer is always the same: invalid content credentials. On any models wich i choose. It continues 3 weeks, before everything works well, my brother have the same problem on his acount. Its only for video generations. The images generation works well.

    Hi @???????_?????1212,

The creator of an image has the ability to set the content credentials to advise the image should not be used in AI generation. It appears that has been set in the image you are using as a keyframe. What is the source of the image? You could go back to the source and ask for a version of the image without that restriction

For more information on that restriction, please see: Content Credentials generative AI training and usage preference.

It seems to me that you answered without reading the description of the problem, I tried any files including screenshots and files with cleared metadata

My apologies, I misunderstood. How are you connected to the internet? Others who have had this problem found that the API calls for content credentials were blocked. On their local firewall or the network firewall. If you use windows, try resetting the defender firewall. If you are on a corporate network, this document is the guide on what should be allowed to pass through: Domains to be allowed for Adobe apps & services to function correctly.

If n one of that works, it would be helpful for you to create a HAR file while demonstrating the problem. Please see: Collecting logs for generation errors in Adobe Firefly.

    Thanks,
