Don't have access to firefly (AWS OUTAGE)

This morning i opened Firefly and was greeted with the message "Not available in your region" I am based in Budapest, Hungary.

Never had any issues using Adobe here, has anyone experineced this?

Same in Serbia. Don't know the reason

I dont understand why I can't use the adobe, it says "Adobe Firefly is not available in your region." Im in Israel/
