Don't have access to firefly (AWS OUTAGE)

I am writing to report an issue regarding the availability of the Adobe Firefly service in my region, Ukraine.

Today, I discovered that I am unable to access or use Adobe Firefly, as it appears to be currently unavailable in Ukraine. I have searched Adobe's official resources but could not find any official announcement or information detailing this restriction, explaining why this has happened, or indicating a timeline for restoration of service.

I rely on Adobe services for my work/personal projects and would appreciate clarification on the following:

Reason for the Restriction: Could you please explain why the Adobe Firefly service has been made unavailable in Ukraine?

Resolution and Timeline: What steps are being taken to restore access to Adobe Firefly in this region, and is there an estimated timeframe for when the service will be available again?

As a loyal Adobe user, I would greatly appreciate a prompt and clear response regarding this situation and any steps I might need to take on my end, if applicable.

I am from Sri Lanka. I use Adobe Firefly frequently. But today

it shoes that Firefly isn't available in my region.

Today I received a message that Adobe Firefly is not available in my region.

I haven’t changed anything or used a VPN. I also noticed that the Firefly website isn’t accessible when I’m signed in — but if I log out, the site works.

Adobe FireFly is not working - "access is not provided in your region".

I'm in Israel, connecting without a VPN.

Hi everyone.

Firefly's generative fill stopped working in Photoshop. It was working perfectly just an hour ago. Why? I'm in Croatia. I'm getting an error saying this feature isn't supported in my region.

10 mins ago I still using it generate a picture
but now it's not working and show this on the page

Any idea to fix this problem?
