Download button not working. Nothing happens when clicked on.

      If you have problems with downloads from Firefly, empty your cache memory (photoshop and finder). It works!

      I'm trying to download an image and it's frozen
      I’m trying to download an image and it’s frozen in the “downloading” state.  It will perform other image generation but it has been like this for 24 hours.  Closing out and re-opening Firefly doesn’t help.

      I had this issue and I just solved it. I will record a video for all of you. There is no bug with the application. I am recording now. See you, few minutes later 😊

          Firefly is not letting me download generated images for the past 2 days.
          After generating an image. when I click download, the image does not download. When I refresh the page, it just hangs and still does not download, when I restart the browser, it doesn't download, when I restart my pc, it doesn't download.

            Still can't download after using any of the Gemini products. Am still having to work around this by sharing to Adobe Express and downloading from there.
            Download feature stalls when using any of the Gemini products. This has been happening for over a week. Logging out and going back to Generation History does not solve the problem for me. I am working around it by sharing to Adobe Express and downloading there.

                  I cannot download AI generated images. It's in a death spiral.
                  I click download and the download block appears but it doesn’t actually download. It’s like it’s stuck.

                  To help us understand what’s going on, could you share a bit more detail about your setup:

                  •  Which browser you’re using?
                  • Whether this happens on every image or only certain ones? 
                  • If you’re able to capture a quick screenshot or short screen recording of the behavior.

                  This will help us narrow down whether it’s a browser‑specific issue, a temporary glitch, or something else.
                   

                  A workaround that might help in the meantime is to go to Your Stuff > Generation History, find the generation you want, and use the three dots in the upper‑right corner to download it from there.


                  Let us know if this helped.

                  NO ME ESTA PERMITIENDO DESCRAGAR IMAGENES EDITADAS HACE YA VARIOS DIAS, YO TRABAJO CON ESTO Y ESTA SIGNIFICANDOME UN ATRASO IMPORTANTE. PAGUÉ POR UNA VERSIÓN PRO Y NO ESTOY RECIBIENDO EL SERVICIO QUE CORRESPONDE.
                  ESTOY GENERANDO IMAGENES EN BASE A OTRAS QUE SUBO, PERO YA HACE DIAS QUE NO ME DEJA DESCARGAR LAS IMAGENES GENERADAS, ESE ES EL PRODUCTO QUE UTILIZO PARA TRABAJAR Y ADOBE FLY NO ME ESTA DEJANDO DESCRAGARLAS, CUANDO USABA LA PRUEBA GRATIS NO PASABA ESTO, PERO POCO DESPUES DE HABER PAGADO EMPEZARON LOS ERRORES, ES FRUSTRANTE NO PODER TRABAJAR, PIERDO TIEMPI Y DINERO. 
                  LA PANTALLA MUESTRA EL ICONO DE DESCARGANDO… Y NUNCA SE DESCARGA HA ESTADO DIAS ASI, HE CERRADO LA PESTAÑA Y VUELTO ABRIR Y ES LO MISMO.

                    We’re still investigating this issue on our end, and we would appreciate you telling us which browser and model you’re using.

                    In the meantime, try this workaround: go to your Generation History tab, select the three dots in the upper‑right corner, and attempt to download the image from there.

                     

                    Please let us know if this works. If the issue persists, share the details requested above and we’ll be glad to investigate further.

                    i cannot download my images generated using nano banana pro and its taking to much time to load the images and my internet is good but thi sstupid images are not downloading
