Edited image, clicked download. Nothing happens.

Thank you all so much for your patience and for sharing your experiences here, the details you've all provided have been incredibly helpful as we continue looking into this.

A special shoutout to ahmet_idal for sharing that clearing your site cookies resolved the issue for them! [check their demo in the highlighted reply 👇]

While downloading directly from your Generation History also works, it’s still just a backup option. For anyone looking to ‘fix’ the download button getting stuck for future attempts, here's what to try in the meantime:

1. Clear your site cookies for Firefly
2. Refresh the page

We're continuing to dig into this on our end, so please keep sharing any new details if you run into the issue again. We'll update this thread as soon as we have more to share.

Despite selecting the 4K-enabled application from the menu on the left, the resulting image didn't appear in that size (it's much smaller). Another problem I'm having is that the download request gets stuck on the "downloading" screen. I'm forced to go to Photoshop Web to download the file. Is there anyone who can offer a solution to these problems? Thank you very much in advance.

As a temporary work around:
Could you go into your Creative Cloud and see if you can download the images/ videos there?

I generate images with prompts and the option to “Download All” doesn’t work. The option to download individually from the generation page doesn’t work. If I click on the image and open it as if to edit, sometimes that download method will work but most of the time it doesn’t work. This has been going on for weeks. I’m sick of it!

As a work around have you logged into your Creative Adobe app and attempted to download the files from there?

Yo en cambio he estado intentando descargar las imágenes generadas y no hay ningún resultado. Llevo días con problemas, con Adobe no se puede trabajar es una auténtica basura.

I've been experiencing the same problem since 3 PM. I'm in Chile now, it's 10 PM. Eight hours have passed and the problem persists. This platform is truly awful!

He reiniciado ya 4 veces, he limpiado cookies, historiales y no hay caso NO se pueden descargar las imágenes generadas desde Adobe Firefly. Realmente que ha sido una experiencia nefasta. Nunca imaginé que la plataforma sería tan mala y estaría tan llena de errores.
