fireflyが開かないです

If windows, the next thing to try is to reset the Windows firewall back to the default. Sometimes the windows firewall starts to block certain connexions to Adobe.

画面が表示される時と表示されない時があることがわかりました。表示される時、画面が真暗ですが数分待つと表示されます。ただ、ダウンロードできる物と出来ないものがあります。表示されない時は何分待っても表示されないままです。当然生成できません。

ブラウザの再読み込み/更新ボタンを押しながら「<SHIFT>」キーを押して、ブラウザ ウィンドウでハード再読み込みを試しましたがだめでした。OSはWindows11 24H2  ブラウザーはGoogle Chrome 137,0,7151,56(Offcial Build)(62ビット）です。

If you are getting a blank screen, can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

別のパソコンでやってもダメでした。黒い画面で、何もできない状況。

フォトショップ上からは、画像生成できますが、もうWEBからは無理のようです。

クロームでも、エッジでもダメです。

私も全く同じ状況。ケータイでも同じでした。先週までは大丈夫だったのですが。。。有料のサービスなので、返金等、なにかしらの対策が必要なのでは？

ブラウザーを変えても変化ありません。PCをスマホに変えて行っても同じでした。
