firefly can't generate any image

First off, thanks for all the details you've provided so far, and apologies that you're both still dealing with this. I know the standard troubleshooting steps haven't helped here, especially since it's happening across different browsers and specifically with the partner models.
 

I want to make sure we get this properly looked into by our engineering team. If you are both still running into this "Something went wrong" or HTTP 408 error today, could you do me a favor and pull some logs for us?

Once you have them, please send them over to me via a direct message (DM) rather than posting them publicly in this thread. Having those logs will really help us dig into exactly what's failing on the backend so we can get this sorted for you.

Same issue here.

Ray3.14 generation fails immediately.

Firefly Image works normally.

Error:
HTTP 408
timeout_error system under load

Endpoint:
firefly-3p.ff.adobe.io/v2/3p-images/generate-async

Tried:
- different browsers
- cleared site data
- different network locations
- re-login Adobe account

Still fails.

Have you tried to clear your cache?
Have you logged out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me.

Just want to make sure...Do you have enough credits?
