Firefly doesn't follow at all the structure reference

That image does not have a lot of contrast and I think that is why it might be struggling. I was able to get close to that image without a structure reference with this prompt:

I have tried all of that but it's still not working. I have inverted the image, its not a transparent image, literally the same results. 

I have the same problem. When I import a reference image for the structure, Firefly does not take it into account.

Weird! Sounds like some further massaging of the prompt is required. Not that it should be needed for a structure reference to apply, so hopefully this is improved soon. Thank you for your help 🙂

This was weird. I could not get the dump truck facing forward unless I said to face forward (it was not following the structure). And then it is hard to say yuou want the dump truck facing forward by the child looking up at the side.  In the end, strangely, just saying "front of dump truck" got it.  Very weird.

I tried two structure files, neither seemed to have any impact on the results (first I tried line drawings on a white background, second I tried full colour on black, as attached). The prompt is unfortunately gone, but I believe it was along the lines of "child wearing backpack looking up at side of dumptruck". I also used a style reference (also attached) which also seems to have been ignored.

Same issue here - I've tried to invert the colours, and I am not using a transparent image. It completely ignores structure.
