Firefly Picture Generation has become almost unusable

Hello Adobe team,

Over the past days and weeks, Firefly Picture Generation has become almost unusable.

The web interface frequently stops responding. Mouse clicks are often ignored, input fields don't react reliably, and menus either fail to open or stop responding. Simple tasks often require multiple attempts, and sometimes it is impossible to continue working.

Before contacting you, I performed the usual troubleshooting steps:

  • Cleared the browser cache
  • Tested in Firefox and Chrome
  • Disabled ad blockers and browser extensions

The behavior remains exactly the same.

I therefore believe the problem is related to the current Firefly web interface rather than my local system.

Could you please check whether there are any known issues or recent changes affecting Firefly Picture Generation?

Kind regards,

I have the same problem too. Sometimes the page works and sometimes it doesn't... What is this annoying problem?

    Hi @zangief27599458qfzv,

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know what exactly is not working? Which browser are you using? Since when have you noticed this first? If possible, a screen recording will help us investigate the issue further.

    Regards,

This is happening a lot lately.
I use Google Chrome but it happens also in Edge.

When I go to “more” to get that full screen windown to create images, at first I am able to write prompt but clicking in reference images gets no response. It works dragging from folder to reference image spot, but after loading the image, I am not able to click and write prompt anymore.

Basically the only things that seems to respond to clicks are General Settings (left side).
If I refresh the window, then I am able to write prompt, but clicking in any thing works really bad.

After generating image, downloading is impossible as well…

This is really annoying. Needs fix ASAP.

    Hey @Gmestradioto @fran fran

    Help us. Help you.
Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
Make sure to hide your personal information.

Could you try downloading your images from your Creative Cloud App?

    Cheers

As well, make sure to send your feedback to the developers by giving a thumbs up or down. I find giving a thumbs up as well helps the developers have an target to aim for as well.

    Cheers
