firefly says I don't have access

When trying to use Firefly, a dialog box opens up with You don't have access to Firefly. But I do. I am the admin on the account. Does anyone else have this problem?

I is now three days me and my team cannot access Firefly on our plan. Everything worked as normal before three days ago when it suddenly stopped giving us access to Firefly and the AI generative feature in Photoshop. As the admin, I spent hours with the Adobe tech on chat and on the phone, and I still cannot access it. Some associates said it was a global issue, some said it was my license, which is paid up and current. I am trying to fix this before the weekend is over so my team can use it on Monday.

Hello @claudiapiper,

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you here as we cannot see your account and most users in this forum are not enterprise plan administration experts.

The two reasons for getting a "you are not authorised" message are that your plan does not include those features (not whether your licence is paid but what features are included in your plan) or that the features are not correctly provisioned to your users. Has your plan changed at all in the past week (renewal, something added/subtracted, etc)? Did anyone change features provisioned to users?

If it is a what is included in your plan, your Adobe account representative is who can sort that for you. If it is a provisioning issue, folks in the Enterprise & Teams forum are more experienced in provisioning issues (than we are in this forum).

My best,

I do pay for the full suite including Firefly. IT has been three days with no access. Adobe keeps saying that they are resolving it and it may be a global issue.

Hello @claudiapiper,

Thank you for your message.

Organisations with enterprise plans have to have a plan that include Firefly. If your plan does not include Firefly, you will receive that message. Contact your Adobe account representative to discuss plan options.

Thanks,
