Firefly won't accept my image

Firefly keeps stating that my graphic illustration of a Graffiti teddy bear violates the Adobe user guidelines and I don't see how. I am unable to generate my video with my original work because Adobe won't be specific with the issue or offer a way to contact someone to fix my issue. I would like someone to help me figure this out and see how maybe Adobe can loosen up their grip a little when it comes to thier gaurds.

A teddy bear with stitches and graffiti art is not animal cruelty if that's what they are going for with my image. lol

Hello @jonathan_5430,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please upload the image you are using as the keyframe so we can test with it?  Please also tell us the prompt you are using.

Thanks,
