Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

    90% of images generated with nano banana are failin, still deduction my credits. thats not only super annoying.

    This is annoying.

    happening to me since yesterday. the only way it works is when I start multiple generations at the same time. usually one ends up generating

    Every time I try to edit an image with a prompt i get Something went wrong. A few of the times it used up the credits. I am using the same simple prompts that worked just fine on a few similar images right before that. I tried changing the prompt, restarting the page, etc. Issue persists. I wouldn’t like to use all credits I paid for to get a something went wrong message. I just signed up and it doesn’t look well.

    Dear Adobe Support Team,

    Good afternoon,

    The service has not been working since yesterday evening, approximately from 7:00 PM.

    When attempting to generate content through BANANA PRO, the generation process starts normally, but it keeps loading for around 15 minutes and then returns an error.

    As a result, our deadlines and active projects are currently on hold. This situation is critical for us, and we need assistance as soon as possible.

    Please let us know what can be done to resolve this issue.

    We’re so sorry this is interfering with your workflow, this is definitely not the experience we want for our users.
     

    The team is already aware that some Creative Cloud users generating imagery with Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays. We’re actively working to resolve the issue.
     

    We really appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

    okay, sometimes the points get refunded, but still my balance is definitely too low for what I have generated

    Same problem to me. I can’t generate with Nano Banana Pro in photoshop anymore...

    DA 3 ORE il sistema dice SEMPRE "Impossibile caricare Impossibile mostrare l'immagine generata. Puoi modificarla e riprovare.". Tra poco dovrei rinnovare il piano, ma a causa di questi problemi sto pensando di non farlo.
