Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

Same problem to me. I can’t generate with Nano Banana Pro in photoshop anymore...

DA 3 ORE il sistema dice SEMPRE "Impossibile caricare Impossibile mostrare l'immagine generata. Puoi modificarla e riprovare.". Tra poco dovrei rinnovare il piano, ma a causa di questi problemi sto pensando di non farlo.

There are certain times of the day that are busier than others. 

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

Common problems

• Trademarked / Copyright
• Political figures / Celebrities 
• if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

• - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
• Nudity

Changes in prompts can also have this error message appear.

ever since yesterday I get a constant Something went wrong message. This is unacceptable as a paying customer. I have switched browsers, cleared cache logged out and logged back in. This used to happen anytime I used the Android app, but now on windows, firefox or chrome. 

 Again totally unacceptable and it needs to be fixed right now. Clearly this is not a singular issue, I see many people reporting it, but no response, no help. That will lead to no customers. 

 Since it seems the typical canned response is “please provide a screen shot” so here it is.

Al generarse este tipo de errores, no deberían cobrarte los créditos, ya que falla demasiado su plataforma y se pierden muchos créditos sin tener materiales a cambio, esto deja mucho que desear, la verdad.

Not an interface issue, I was charged for the generation and NOTHING related to it shows in my Generation History.

tengo una queja quiero generar una imagen en nano banana pro y me da error pero si me consume mis creditos sin resultados me parece una falta de respeto que hagan eso
