Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

Sorry about the trouble. We are aware that some Creative Cloud users generating imagery using Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays. We are actively working to address the issue.

Sorry about the error. Could you share a screenshot of the error? Are you seeing “Something went wrong, please try again. If so, please check your account to see if your credits have been restored.

Sto usando Gemini 3 con Banana Pro. Il problema non è legato al prompt (in generale chiedo un cambio sfondo a tema, atmosfera sognante e cancellazione di qualcuno alle spalle). Esempio: chiedo di fare uno sfondo a tema cenerentola dietro una bambina e la fa dopo pochi minuti, uppo un’altra foto della stessa serie (magari cambia solo l’inclinazione del viso della bambina) con lo stesso prompt e per 3 ore mi dice “impossibile generare l’immagine”.

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on

Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

90% of images generated with nano banana are failin, still deduction my credits. thats not only super annoying.

Every time I try to edit an image with a prompt i get Something went wrong. A few of the times it used up the credits. I am using the same simple prompts that worked just fine on a few similar images right before that. I tried changing the prompt, restarting the page, etc. Issue persists. I wouldn’t like to use all credits I paid for to get a something went wrong message. I just signed up and it doesn’t look well.

Good afternoon,

The service has not been working since yesterday evening, approximately from 7:00 PM.

When attempting to generate content through BANANA PRO, the generation process starts normally, but it keeps loading for around 15 minutes and then returns an error.

As a result, our deadlines and active projects are currently on hold. This situation is critical for us, and we need assistance as soon as possible.

Please let us know what can be done to resolve this issue.

okay, sometimes the points get refunded, but still my balance is definitely too low for what I have generated
