Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

    Hi all!

Sorry about the trouble. We are aware that some Creative Cloud users generating imagery using Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays. We are actively working to address the issue.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi dineshprajapat,

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this issue.

This error is linked to the Gemini 3 partner model. Our team is already aware that some Creative Cloud users are experiencing elevated error rates and delays, and we’re actively working to resolve the problem.

In the meantime, if you’d like to continue your workflow, please try selecting another model as a temporary workaround.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on a fix.

Using a partner generator consumes credits when there is high demand and the platform crashes.
This mostly happens when I am using the nanobanana. Whenever there is high demand, the platform does not let me generate more images and displays the "Something went wrong, Please try again later" screen. And it always CONSUMES MY CREDITS, even though I could not generate anything. You should fix this since the credits are limited and this is an ISSUE OF THE PLATFORM. Being unable to generate images and get charged for nothing due to the high demand is absurd.

Concerning credits, when a generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance. Check your account to see if the credits were returned.

We really appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

Görsel üretim süresi çoook yavaş, çok fazla bekletiyor, nano banan pro 3 kullanıyorum. Gemini paltformu üzerinden 4 tane görsel çıktı almışken, firefly bana henüz 1 görsel bile vermemiş oluyor. Kalite olarak memnunum fakat hız olarak hiç memnun değilim.

It says I’m out of credits, but I’m not; it reset for the month. And last month, it used all my credits and generated nothing for me but only a couple of photos. And yet, no one seems to be able to correct this credit deduction glitch when content isn't generated. If it comes up with an error, it should automatically refund the credits to my balance. It does not do this. Even here, in this example, it’s deducted the 40 credits from my balance.

    This isn’t fair.

When I spoke to someone with support, they kept repeating to me that I used all my credits, and I kept explaining over and over again that I hadn't actually used but a couple. It kept in error deducting credits for content it had errors creating, like the message in the second screenshot.

The solution with support at this point was only to credit me a free month of service. The rep told me he had no ability to credit or verify credits for me, which I found made no sense. Although I appreciated a free month of service, it still didn't address the problem. No Credits = couldn't finish the project I was trying to complete without purchasing a credit pack, which would encounter most likely the same glitch.

At this point, I have to just throw my hand in the error and walk away from this and look at other services that can take accountability for the generation error and refund the customer their rightfully due credits. I believe I should be credited back the credits I couldn't use last month.

I hope you are aware that it’s not just NanoBanana, its across the whole Firefly system

This is ridiculous. It’s clear that there is something wrong and has been wrong for that last 48 hours, but instead of informing their customers, Adobe just continues to take generation credits and spit out nothing of value.

When Adobe Firefly servers are not functioning properly (as seems to be the case 50-75% of the time) Adobe needs to let their users know. Instead of us all just getting frustrated, spinning our wheels only to have Firefly generate the same images over and over again or just straight up not work at all, while SIMULTANEOUSLY USING OUR CREDITS, wouldnt it be great if Adobe let us know. If the servers are not working as they should, there needs to be some sort of warning, BEFORE we start generating.

Adobe Creative Suite is the industry standard. As such, I am forced into using your products. I am also forced to just accept whatever subscription rate increases that Adobe seems to lay on at their whim, without providing concrete examples as to why my rate increased TEN DOLLARS a month. It went from 62.00 to 72.00. Meanwhile, as a daily user. the only thing that I see is that ALL OF THE PROGRAMS ARE GETTING BUGGIER AND LESS RELIABLE. My 2026 version of Indesign crashers not once, but TWICE everytime I open a file that was created with only one version back. This is totally unacceptable. It is a consistent bug, I have submitted crash reports and yet, nothing.

It’s time that Adobe reexamine their commitment to the people that use their software every single day in order to make a living.

I open firefly, add my images, give it the prompt to generate, get the error: Something went wrong, please try again later. Over and over and over again. It doesn’t work. Going on two days now. Today it says: Sorry, our servers are melting right now.
