Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

I've been having the same problem for several days now. My credits are running out, and I'm no longer getting any image results. The download wasn't working even before that. I've cleared my cache. Has anyone received a helpful response from Adobe?

Looks like it doesn’t work at all at the moment. In photoshop directly it is stuck at 100% for couple minutes before ‘canceling’. In firefly it just keeps loading forever until it says it failed to generate.

actually all of the models on firefly dont work at the moment. it worked fine few hrs ago, so idk whats going on anymore..

Okay. Production was screwed and it cost, in my case, 1400 credits. Those credits need to be RETURNED.

I am trying to create an image since yesterday, I am getting an error that says “Something went wrong, please try again later.”

    Here’s my prompt

Cinematic food poster on a deep red gradient background, premium fast-food ad style.

    Foreground:

    • Left: Loaded poutine with fries, gravy, cheese curds, realistic texture
    • Right: Double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, glossy bun
    • Front center: Empty white plate with a bold “?” floating above it

    Composition:
Burger and poutine placed slightly behind, empty plate in front as focal point

    ⚠️ Framing (VERY IMPORTANT):

    • Full burger and full poutine must be completely visible
    • Do not crop, cut, or clip any part of the food
    • Leave clear margin around both items
    • Entire plates and food fully داخل frame, centered and balanced

    Lighting:
Dramatic studio lighting from top-right, strong highlights, soft shadows, high contrast

    Style:
Photorealistic, high-end commercial food photography, sharp details, rich colors

    Background:
Clean red gradient, minimal, no clutter

    Negative:
no cropped food, no cut edges, no partial visibility, no zoomed-in framing.

I’m using Nano Banana Pro 2.
