I have a paid plan with credits but I can't use adobe firefly.
What am i missing?

Adobe should have communicated this more clearly and transparently instead of rolling out and give the impression it would be otherwise.

It would make sense if it was in a dead heat with the competition (well, it is 😀) but since it waited so long to launch, it should have done so clearly.

Hi @Danny_O,

 

Ok, I understand. With the release of video last week, video generation and audio/video transcription were introduced with a separate subscription plan not included in Creative Cloud plans. This is detailed more in this thread: P: Plan error in generating video.

Hey Droopy!

That is exactly the issue: I have a Creative Cloud plan and are trying to generate video. I have plenty of credits and two days ago i was able to use the tool, but know is asking to subscribe a plan.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

Do you have a Creative Cloud plan and are trying to generate video?  Or are you having problems using other Firelfy features?
