I have premium credits but Firefly won't let me use them. I have signed in, and signed out and I am using the correct sign in email associated with my account.

I go in to generate a video in firefly. I select use 400 credits. It says check my credit balance. It shows that I have 3410/4000 credits available. But it won’t let me use them.

In cases like this, I always go back to the basics. I turn my computer off and on. Simple solution that sometimes works.
