I was trying to generate an image with Text to Image using Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro). After submitting my prompt it took a while to generate but only to fail because of some error. Firefly had consumed my credits but didn't produce any image.

I was able to reproduce the same error on my side, and I wanted to show you what I found while testing.

When you hit Generate in Firefly, credits are deducted right away. If nothing is generated, those credits should automatically return to your balance. In this case, the credits weren’t returned, which suggests the generation actually succeeded, but the error message still appeared.
 

After checking my Generation History, I found the output there. Opening it in a new tab displayed the image that had been created, even though the interface showed an error.
 

If you haven’t already, please check your Generation History to see if the result is there as well. Let us know if this workaround helps or if the issue continues so we can keep digging.
