Image to Video Generation Failure using Ray3/ Ray3 HDR

Hi!

 

This worked this morning but around 9:30am is started to say it couldn't generate and to try again in a few moments. Ever since then, it keeps failing and showing that message.

Hi Kartika, I generates videos using lumar Ray , it failed and used all my credits.  I'm afraid that I have no confidence in speding money on the plafrom as my credits have not been refunded even after logging the bug "Something went wrong" no-one has even replied to my tread and it seems a lot of people have had the same issue

Sorry for the delayed response. Do you still get the video generation fail error while using Ray3?  We had raised the bug earlier, and it was resolved.
We attempted to replicate the issue at our end using Ray3 and HDR, and it functions properly. Could you share more details and the prompt? We would love to investigate this further.

I had this issue, and have credits left now, also no videos...logged a bug for this but no-one seems to be looking into it, so I probably wont be using it going forward as its too unrealiable

Yes, I've stopped and refreshed several times over the course of the past couple.. I have tried other browsers and shutting down and restarting the browser... it still seems to be unavailable. Yes, Ray3; not HD.

No it's still not working this morning (UK time). I had hoped there would be less pressure on the servers, with the U.S. still asleep, but Ray3 is still at maximum capacity. Will Adobe give us a partial refund on our subscriptions due to the chronic unavailability of its new service?

Update: Ray3 and Ray3-HDR models should be back available now! Thank you all for your patience with this matter.

Hi,

I am trying to generate videos using Ray3.

I initially had some success, but now, I constantly either get "Something went wrong" message or "Firefly is unavailable. Firefly is at maximum capacity due to high demand. Please try again later."
I've been trying again later all day!
For the initial generations that worked, Ray3 produced great results, but the Firefly model was not been good enough hence I am persistently trying to generate using Ray3.

I don't think it's fair to have an expiration on credits when the program isn't available  at times. I've gone into firefly and it often says it is at maximum capticity due to high demand. Try again later.

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you using Ray3 for video generation, by any chance? If so, we've seen other users as well, and the bug has been logged on this.

The same problem... 'Firefly at maximum capacity/currently unavailable'... And having the (new) Adobe Pro -version (old All-Apps), costing now hefty 950e/year (!)

Yesterday started first time trying the generative videos with it, worked quite ok for a few videos, then suddenly full stop... After that, tried several times every now and then, different hours, but nothing..

This is really frustrating (obviously not a problem about browsers etc), Adobe just started squeezing a crazy fee, but can a customer get something for it, other than 'full capacity/currently not available'...?? 

 

Getting really difficult to reason why paying so much, or why to stay as customer in the first place...

I've been trying to access the images in my "Files" on Fireply and keep getting an error message. See attached screenshot error message. This has been happening for several days now. Most or all are images created on a Firefly board, using the Nano Banana partner platform.

This happens sometimes. Give it a bit of time and your images will return.
