I'm paying for adobe firefly for about 8 months now.I have done countless edits with this application and has served me fairly good for a long time.Using it was super simple and the results were also very pleasing for the most part.Sometimes it would refuse to give any results that did not suit the guidelines but that was understandable.It struggled sometimes with the female body trying to avoid nudity but even here it worked fairly well and did not fight too much editing beautiful dresses or tank tops that are somewhat revealing. I hadn't used firefly for over a month and came back to a new design of the application. Since then it does not want to do simple prompts anymore. I get countless of blocked results and have already talked to the adobe "agent" AI. Followed all the steps that I was told and nothing has resolved it. For this example here I am trying to replace the womans messy hair with any random female hair and it refuses to give me results that are within the "guid

I am trying to show a nascar driver with the mirrored visor down. But it insists on showing me the face of the person. The glitch is - you can't show a person with something covering the face. Why?

Boa tarde, Acabei de fechar um plano do Firefly para 100 créditos (08/05/2024), e sem utilizá-lo apareceu que estou com 100/125, ou seja, apenas 25 créditos disponíveis. Creio que seja algo erro na plataforma, porém tenho projetos para entregar. Aguardo.

cannot generate 

I cannot go back to find my images even I already have a cloud storage.

Version: Probably the latest.OS: Windows Prompt used: "A pencil-sketch using "only these colors", #0E512E, #5EBB47, #595959, #999999, #FFFFFF, #141414, fill randomly with geometric symbols relating to fitness, ageing, exercising, health, and lifestyle. Do not include pencils in the image". Expected results: Image without pencils in it. Anything related to the symbols (geometric) requested - not an image full of cripple beings/aliens. There must be a huge bug with Firefly prompts. Unless it becomes useful to ordinary humans, using ordinary language, this tech is not useful at all. Suggestion: Link it to a well-trained language model, and maybe it can begin to consider every detail in the prompt, not just the ones you think it should respond to.

Je ne peux pas me connecter, pour utiliser Firefly, lorsque je clique sur - continuer avec google, puis mon compte qui est enregistré, il y a un chargement et cela crash, puis je suis rediriger vers la page que j'ai joint ci dessous.  Merci. 

Photos won't download onyo my device and why can't i save it as an image?

Meine Credits für das Abo vom 7. April wurden heute Mittag gegen 12 Uhr für diesen Monat freigeschaltet. Wieso kann ich sie nicht benutzen, sondern bekomme eine Meldung, dass ich mir neue Credits kaufen soll, wenn ich Bilder generieren möchte? Ich habe doch dafür bezahlt und es steht rechts oben, dass ich 100 Credits zur Verfügung habe.

I'm attempting to upload JPEG files (.jpg or .jpeg) but the system tells me that the file format is not supported, and that only jpg, png, etc are allowed. They are definitely JPEG files, fully inspectable as such in info and file parsing.  I'm excited to try this system!  Thanks,Apollo

I am trying to get Firefly to generate images of vikings, but no matter what text i write it keeps displaying characters with horned helmets. This has nothing to do with vikings, so can you please stop it with the horns on the helmets? I did not ask for images from a Wagner opera at all, so please stop this stupidity.

In a previous discussion I was assured my monthly credits would top up on payment day / subscription date. That was yesterday, payment was made but my account still shows zero!

I ran into this a few days ago. The pictures will describe everything. I select this image on the favorites page. This is what I get. The four samples are completely different due to the fact that the structure & style references are missing. There is about 85 images stored on the favorites page, they are all affected, except the 15 recent ones.The reason I have 85 is due to the other bug where I can't delete anything on the favorites page. The unfavorite method doesn't work and I posted that in the thread concerning that issue.Any help would be greatly appreciated to recover these images.

I am having an issue where when I try to return to an image that was favourited, it does not return to the same image. This appears to happen for every image created before approximately Dec. 1. All favourites created before that date appear to be ruined.  Further investigation seems to indicate these are all Model 1 images created before Model 2 was released. If I create a model 1 image now and favourite it, it can be reproduced. Is this a bug that can be fixed or are they lost forever? For these, the thumbnail image is correct. The prompt is correct. The styles are all missing. What happened? Mac and ipad (safari and OS latest versions) have lost everything. No idea where they are kept in brower so cant back up. Adobe, don't keep it a secret where to find the files. ☹

Minor grievance - Firefly doesn't know what a "sock monkey" is or looks like I have tried other AI models and Dalle-3 for instance has this figured out.  Any way in the prompt. I could have gotten this to work?   Here is what I used for both:  a "sock monkey" dancing on a black counter top in a scientific laboratory with colorful lights. I tried sockmonkey, "sock Monkey", sock monkey etc. to no avail with firefly. I have included Bing and Firefly AI render samples to illustrate as attachments. I also included Leonardo AI as a bonus.  It was closer than firefly as well.

Além de bloquear prompts contendo absolutamente nada ofensivo, os resultados são horríveis. Perdem em qualidade para qualquer aplicação gratuita. Dedos ridículos, faces deformadas, pés estranhos, rostos derretidos parecidos com filmes de terror. Qual é o sentido em pagar por algo tão precário tendo tão boas opções pagas e gratuitas nos concorrentes? Ainda preciso me preocupar com qualquer coisa escrita pois tudo ofende ao sensível controle da ADOBE que julga tudo da minha cultura como fosse pornografia.  Seu desenvolvimento é racista, xenofóbico, sexista e hipócrita.
