Hi the download button is not working properly. Sometimes, it just doesn't lead to anything when you click. It's always happening even after paying for the firefly subscription

When I try to generate illustrations, Firefly only generates photo's, no matter which setting I use.

it doesn't generate images, it continues to work, I waited 10 minutes and it doesn't generate anything, I tried to exit and enter the site again, but it generates nothing

Generative fill does not run.When i click Generate, only a triangle warning exclamation point icon will appear on the thumbnail screen.<Text to image, Text effects> things are working well. only the generative fill feature does not run. Also, even in the beta version of Photoshop, only the generative fill feature does not run.

500 Internel server Eror shown ... Please tell me how can i fix this

each month no new credits have ever been added. it's the 1st of the month and it shows i have no credits available. so im unable to make any images without buying the upgrade.

hi! when I try to activate the model version 2 of firefly sent me into a loop but never activate. 

On some pictures, the generative fill result was half black box, half the "black and white" checkers you see when removing something. Basically, a result of nothing - nothing from the original picture or the prompt. And still costs a credit to see nothing. 

Exclude from image in Advanced settings does not allow to enter text in the field..

After removing backround the Web and phone both freez this is so annoying and i had very bad exprience and device start lagging

After your own reference image is uploaded, the camera settings and settings for color and tone etc. can no longer be changed. It  only happen when I upload my on Pictures. I have an Macbookpro with m1 Chip, macOs14.1.1 (23B81)

I tried to input prompts in English, German, and Hungarian, but I keep receiving the same error message: 'language not supported.' Which languages are supported? Perhaps Ancient Greek? 🙂  

I have noticed for the past few days that when I generate an image set and ask to show similar images, the style intensity bar spikes to the maximum compromising the result.         

I'm not able to enter Adove Firefly

I can see my old favorites saved. But when I click on them they are not loading anymore. I get 4 squares where the images should be that just load forever.   Any solution?

Cannot deselect or remove the reference image so I'm forced to use one, upload one manually or select an existing one. The X button does nothing.

I am trying to upload a picture from 5 friends, and make it a Christmas picture by changing the background in a snowy landscape. However, the faces of my friends get distorted a lot when the background is changed into a snowy landscape. How can I prevent this? I do not want to change anything about the foreground of the picture, I just want to play with the surruondings.

My FireFly will not load any generations on my Macbook Pro M2 Max laptop. I can view my favories library, and download any past generations, however, if I go to view anything in my favorits, or type any new prompts to generate it just sits there loading forever with no results. I really do not want to clear my broser history and loose ALL my favorits. I am using the V2 and even tried V1 and it does NOT work on my laptop. I have a brand new Macbook Pro M2 Max and feel i should'nt be having any issues like this. All other Adobe apps and functions of my Macbook are fine, its just Firefly on my mac that is freezing. It is working fine on my Mobil device?   PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been trying to generate images and it is taking very long, sometimes up to 5 minutes for images to be generated. Most times it doesn't even generate at all and my internet speed is at 44MBPs. Please help
