When I preview the SVG with firefly recolor, it does not give it any background so it looks very messy (you can see still everything behind it)

I am writing to report a bug that I have encountered while using . I have noticed that the firefly struggles to accurately recognize and differentiate between different characters, which is causing confusion and errors in the output.Specifically, when dealing with text that includes characters from different languages or fonts like Pokémon, its unable to distinguish between them, resulting in incorrect or garbled output. This issue is impacting my workflow and making it difficult to achieve the desired results with the firefly.I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate this issue and work to resolve it as soon as possible.  

Not sure if a 'BUG"  could be the promp, Played a fee times and the geneated art seems to have orange shape at the lower left corner.

When using Firefly beta on iOS 15.6.1 on an iPhone SE 2020, when you click "download" from an image, the content policy screen is too tall vertically and you cannot scroll up or down to reach the buttons to close the window or accept.  Basically, you get stuck and the only way to get out is to either refresh the page or go back.

when writing in chrome on mac OS 10.14English text is recognized as non english

Whatever I try, the font stays the same. First, no font shows until I click the "back" button. afterwards, only the first font shows, no matter what I click or type in.

The font selection for the text to image tool has no effect as all on the resulting text, exept re-generate the effect

I received the email saying "you're in" for the beta trial on April 6th. I have been trying to use the Firefly feature for a few days. However, after a few days of not logging in, I found that my usage rights were gone today. I need to reapply. Could you please check what the problem is and help fix it? Thank you.

Hi! I got access to the firefly.adobe.com beta test and for a few days I've been very enthusiastic about the possibilities the service provides. But today I could not access the generation, I see the form for the waiting list again. please help me to regain access  

Effect wont load Keep getting error. try again

i've received an email form adobe saying "you're in" to my firefly access request, but, when i go to the site, any of the resources avaiable work... when i clicke "generate" it takes me to a page that has a promo video about the resource........

I still don't have access after receiving the Adobe email saying: "You're in". 

prompt: "old map of an inverted triangular shape continent (I do not want the real world map please, I am trying to create a fantasy map)" like it is pretty simple what I ask so I don not know how to I guess

Adobe Firefly, Text Effects. Used the prompt: paper, clock, freshwater pearls, Pansies. was told one of the words was not allowed (I assume Pansies) They are flowers! All the words are symbols of the 1st wedding anniversary if you are wondering. 

Firefly seems to have a hard time generating cars and bird. Can't get a more accurate car like model and year. I was unable to list a specific bird, like by bird name. Your stock photos should have hundreds of thousands of images of car's of all makes as well as birds. I couldn't bring up a Austrain Shepard dog. These should have already been defind or rendered. Also I could not get rain to hit water that causes rings where the rain drop should hit.Anyway I'm enjoy the Firefly Beta testing. Also if I,m reporting in the wrong location, would you kindly direct me to the correct location.Thanks you so much, Hats off to Tech Support.RB  

Hi there,  I got an email today welcoming me to the Firefly Beta, but when I click through it is still telling me to request access, even though I'm logged in. Thanks for any help. 

I already submitted the form for this problem some days ago, but still no access. what shall I do?

Not sure if this is the AI's logic or a dataset keywording problem but when I prompted for Filipinos I would get inconsistent result. Had to hit refresh a few times to get acceptable results.

Hello, I found small bug in "recolor vector".After deleting the prompt manually I can not uncheck the style.thanks for looking into this.  

The AI should be told spiders have 8 legs, no more or less. Quite often the AI generates (jumping) spiders as insects with only 6 legs.

Hello,I got the email on April 14th, "Dear Customer, You're in".In fact, I was able to log in with the correct access data (email + password), but still had no access to Adobe Firefly because the "Request access" button is still visible.I then found the special form in the forum for people who still have access problems. I would have expected that apart from the email confirmation on this form, someone would take care of it within 2 days. That doesn't seem to be the case. In the forum I see that the number of people who have exactly this problem is constantly increasing, but I have not yet received any feedback that anyone has been helped.I'm pretty upset in the meantime, because I was really happy about the access notification and I gave my students a correspondingly positive message.I hope that the problem will be solved promptly.Best regardsRalf
