no 1000 credits after month turn

No upscale option in firefly after generations images it no longer shows

In image to video mode, sometime I try to change the prompt and generate a new video, and it returns the exact same video as before again unchanged. This shouldnt be possible using the same prompt, let alone after changing the prompt. It keeps wasting my tokens.

After creating multiple images in firefly, and successfully opening them in Ps Web, at a certain point all future Firefly images I tried to open in Ps Web was fixed as a past image and I could no longer open new images in Ps Web (and instead had to download and upload).

Nothing will load in images to video 

bonjourabonné depuis plusieurs mois à Adobe Firefly et prélevé sans probléme mensuellement de 33,26 Euros impossible d'utiliser Firefly chaque fois que j'ouvre Firefly pour générer une image je tombe sans arrêt sur une fenêtre avec en haut une icone "acheter maintenant"  alors que l'icone de mon compte affiche connectéj'ai réussi quelques génération de vidéos au prix de connections et déconnections interminables;que faire SVP

All of my AI video's have white light flashing making them useless.

AI doesn't generate different prompt even with variety of aplications to it, styles, and wording.  It always generates the same versions. The themes does not apply to the prompt and nothing is changing. Please fix it. Thank you.

En adobe firefly, usé un prompt y una imagen de referencia para generar un video. El resultado fue bastante bueno, pero para que el video se acerque más a lo que imaginaba, le hice algunos ajustes al prompt incial. El problema es que ahora no logro generar nada. Solo recibo un mensaje que dice:No se puede cargarNo podemos procesar esta indicación.Edítala y vuelve a intentarlo. Cuál puede ser el error?

Hello, it seems I cannot access to the firefly home page in any of my current navigators (google chrome and microsoft edge) and I don't know how to fix this. 

I am not able to create an image with the reference image and not able to find the options for effect. i have attached the screeshots as well.

Hi,When using the free version i could make the people in the picture move like in a movie. When i had used my two free tries and was happy with the result i bought the paid version. When i had paied and wanted to make more videos i couldnt do it because it said that the video does not meet the user criteria? I feel a bit scammed since i just paid money for a thing that worked when it was free but now it doesnt? I do not understand what in this picture is not ok?  Pls help, i have a deadline.Thx!

I UPLOAD A PICTURE OF MYSELF AND ASK CAN YOU TURN ME INTO ICE GOBLIN  -  BUT NO YOU CAN'T.I PAY SO MUCH FOR THIS HOT GARBAGE, AND IT WON'T TURN ME INTO A ICE GOBLIN.WTH. It was a totally normal photo and that stupid. monkey pops up. Have to write an essay just to get a bug fixed. I'm gonna cancel.

Hello! I have just purchased a FIrefly subscription but it is not working. Non of the generated images cant be used since it generates very weird results.For example I was looking for a simple beauty shot of a woman but it shows me woman with a mustache. It doesent generate prompts well and there are always huge mistakes that cant be fixed. I want a refund asap.  Thank you

Trabalho com lingeries e costumo fazer fotos em manequins, mas gostaria de transformar essas imagens em algo mais humanizado e realista, substituindo apenas o manequim por um corpo humano mantendo a lingerie original intacta.Preciso que o foco permaneça no produto, sem perder os detalhes das peças, mas com um visual mais profissional e natural. Já tentei algumas edições com IA, mas não consegui resultados satisfatórios.Existe alguma forma de fazer esse tipo de substituição diretamente na plataforma, ou algum recurso que recomendam para esse tipo de necessidade?

Why can't I generate images with females in them? This is absurd

Todas as imagens que inserir, de todos os tipos, ingênuas ou não, não são aceitas. E quando são aceitas, os vídeos não podem ser mostrados. Esse programa para gerar vídeos é uma fraude.
