It's not recognizing my 600 monthly credits

Even though I'm signed in, most of the time It's not recognizing my 600 monthly credits and keeps trying to sell me a monthly membership, but every now and again, it works. Please help

Hi @Shane Morgan,

 

Are you trying to generate Firefly video?  If so, do you have a Firefly Premium plan or Creative Cloud Pro (available in North America only)?  If not, then I think this thread addresses your question: P: Plan error in generating video.
