No credits but I didn’t use Firefly recently

Hi, I ran out of credits. It says that the next reset is on March 16, but I didn't use Firefly at all in the last few days. Even before that, I didn't use it much. Is there an issue, or am I missing something?

I think this thread might address what you are seeing: P: Plan error in generating video, which is generating video is a premium service, which requires a separate plan.
