Are you trying to generate an image with text to image or are you trying to generate a video with text to video or image to video?

For this reply, I am going to assume that you are trying to generate Firefly video as most people having the issue you report were trying to do that.

What type of subscription do you have?

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

If you have a Firefly premium plan or are on an enterprise with Firefly video generation, or you were trying to generate an image, please tell us your OS and browser along with their versions and provide a screenshot of the whole browser window.
