No sufficient credits for generate an image (not a video) with all app license.

I'm unable to click on the "generate" button for creating an image. I have the "all apps" license. When I click on "buy now" a message with "unsufficient credits" appears. I repeat: I want to create an IMAGE, not a video.

No problem, I imagined this. I specified "not a video" because I've seen all the firefly video-related post 🙂

Thanks for forwarding my request.

I am sorry. I am so used to the video questions, I forgot.

I am going to ask for this to be looked at. I do not understand why this is happening.

As I wrote in the title and in the post message, I'm generating images, not videos or anything else.

Hello @graficimira,

Ok, I think I know what is happening. All accounts get two free video generations, and then you have to be on an enterprise plan that has Firefly video on it. Not all enterprise plans have video generation, and it looks to me like your enterprise plan does not. You local Adobe administrator for your organisation will need to contact their Adobe account rep to see about adding Firefly video to your organisation's plan.

Note, if you are on an EDU enterprise plan, video generation is not available on those plans at this time.

My best,

Hi @graficimira,

Unfortunately, images do not come through when you reply in email, You have to upload them on the Adobe Community web site.
