its been 48 hours i am not able to upload more than one reference image while editing image in all models.tried different browsers. still the same issue happening

I’m having trouble generating a video in Firefly Ray 3.14 using both a first frame and a second frame. When I add the second image, I receive an error saying, “Too many images, can’t generate video. Reduce the images.” It appears to accept only one frame at a time.

I’m also finding that the generated videos do not follow my written prompts accurately, particularly the character actions and movement between frames.

Could you please confirm whether Ray 3.14 supports both a first and second frame? If it does, please help me resolve the upload error. I would also appreciate guidance on improving prompt accuracy.

Regarding the character annimation:
When I use a reference image and want to keep the reference I tend to use one these prompts at the beginning of the Prompt.

Keep the reference image…

Use the reference image…
