its been 48 hours i am not able to upload more than one reference image while editing image in all models.tried different browsers. still the same issue happening

I am trying to make an image edit. I want to merge some elements of two images together in Firefly. I can only upload one image, event though the prompter is offering up to 6 images. When I click on the second reference image box, it doesn’t do anything.

It has already been 6 days since this issue started, and I still haven’t received a proper resolution. Could you please let me know how much more time it is expected to take?

My work is heavily dependent on your platform, and this ongoing issue is seriously affecting my workflow. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will unfortunately have to consider moving to an alternative platform.

This is quite frustrating for sure.
Have you tried to drag and drop the image into the last frame?
Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

I go to generate a video and set it to Kling. I am able to insert an image for the first frame as reference. However, the interface does not allow me to click the section for the last frame and insert an image. That section is greyed out and unclickable. This does not work even in other models like Veo or Firefly Video.
