P: Blank screen after selection option

the issue was in firefox for me I went to chrome same thing .I stopped all extensions in both and no luck. I then decided to log out of my Adobe products  and account changed my Password  and then logged in went to Firefox and chrome and now firefly works 100% fine maybe you have to log out and change password for you account ? Don't know but it worked for me

@Hede0101 Can you provide the information in the pinned post to assist us in debugging?

 I tried with a new Chrome profile with no extensions installed still getting a black screen.
Tried the exact same thing with Firefox and Opera with a clean install, blank screen in both.
I can assure you it is not related to extensions or addons.

@steveb82882088 So the blank page issue was happening on Firefox for you? Do you have extensions installed on Firefox?

Hi Tracy I mangaed to get Firefly working in Chrome but no luck in Firefox , I hadn't installed Firefly  on chrome until your suggestion re Crome no extensions on chrome and firefly works ok

Thank you everyone for offering additional information. The team suspects there may be a Chrome extension that is causing this error. If possible, please screenshot chrome://extensions/ for us (you can DM me if you aren't comfortable posting this). Or disable any extensions to see if that fixes the problem. Please let me know if this solves the issue.

Hello!

I got access to Firefly on April 4th. I was able to use it for a week or more.

A few days ago, when loading the main page, I got a blank white screen.

At one point, my main page loaded, but there was a "Request Access" button again, as if I didn't have access.

Now the website is not loading again. 

Is this a bug or have I lost access to Firefly?

Is there any way to fix this and get access back and for Firefly to work again?
