P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

 

Do I need to wait it out?

    fireply not working one Incognito and normal chrome browser, also use one firefox are showing same.

      Hello

       

      When I was accepted to try Adobe Firefly in May 2023, I have since been trying to get it to work

      but nothing. The only message I get is "an error has occured". Since then I keep trying and

      now all I get is a blank page.

       

      Any ideas? It's fustrating to say the least.

        i have the smae problem when i open adobe firefly text to image cite it appear as white blanck

        We suspect this is a firewall issue. Please make sure Windows is up to date, and you have the latest Microsoft firewall running with the most recent Microsoft-provided settings

        I am logged into my Adobe account and tried to access both Text Effects and Text to image. Both display a blank screen. I have attached it for ref. Generative Fill and SVG colour editing both work ok.

            I can not get any part of thius beta to work. The screen just comes up white.

              i can't use any adobe firefly tools from desktop site but i can use it from mobile

                Whenever i want to use the text effect tool in firefly it wont load the site.
