P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

 

Do I need to wait it out?

As you can see in the screenshot the firefly websites appears blank white whenever click on the any of generate button in Adobe Firefly (Beta) it opens the link e.g. Adobe Firefly generate images but it appears blank white screen in all browsers in my windows 11 pc.

please help me fix this problem.

@jane-e Hi just to mention that @Tracy.H said that they suspect that it maybe firewall issue, but there is nothing to do with updating the windows to the latest settings. Because even the firewall/windows is updated to the latest version it will not fix the problem. And the fix I provided is only applicable on a Windows system, but I found that similar issue is there on a MacOS from @telenyHH comment. So we need to take a look at this issue asap.

Finally I found a Solution

Please let me know if it's works for you guys as well.

I found that the blank screen or white screen is coming because of the firewall restriction, and here is the solution for that. Please follow the steps, also I'm sharing the screenshots with this.

 

Step 1: Go to search option on your taskbar and search for Firewall and then select Windows Defender Firewall from the menu.

 

 

 

Step 2: Then from the open window please select Advanced Settings

 

 

 

Step 3: From the open window on the left side you can see Outbound Rules click on that then right side you can see a set of rules, find Adobe Unlicensed Pop-Up right click on that and select Disable Rule. 

 

 

 

That's it. Now go to the website/page and refresh. If it's worked please upvote.

I have the same problem with Chrome on Mac. Incognito works, also Safari. Just Chrome in normal mode shows a blank page. No idea...

when i try to access adobe firefly i select the generative fill but when i do it gives me a blank white page with nothing on it
