P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

ich kann kein Referenzbild hochladen, es passiert einfach kommentarlos nichts.

For last 2 days I cant upload a refrence image from computer, in either of engine versions. Just can upload from Firefly Gallery. How can I fix it?

The problem is with Nano Banana, we are unable to upload a reference image while using it.

Desde ayer día 17 de noviembre de 2025 he detectado un problema al tratar de cargar imágenes de referencia. Aunque me da la opción de subirlas no llegan a hacerlo. He probado con distintos motores y navegadores.

   I tried on Microsofe Edge latest version. For the same Board, the first and last frame are failed to upload from PC. But I can use the Pick to choose the images that are already on the Board. 

Also today I tried again on my same Board, Google Chrome has one more bug: when I try to resize the elements that are on the board, it didn't resize on proportion unless I hold the shift key. And I can't resize the one I selected, it jumps to another element instead. Video can't resize any more, while images are ok. 

On the same board, when I open it on Microsoft Edge today, they diddn't have the resize problem, but have the fail to upload image problem.

I think I reply the question but it didn't show up below, so let me type again. 

I use the latest google chrome browser, PC windows 11, Firefly video Model. As it happened few times on different date, I think the google chome model is different also. I didn't have any ad blocking extension on my google chrome.

Let me write it clear, the problem usually happened on the BOARD page. And usually didn't start at the beginning of the day when I use it. I was successful upload 2 images - first and last frame few times before it suddenly didn't let me upload both. At that time (just few a min differences) , I switch to Generate Video page and it is sucessful upload both most of the time. It did happened once it also failed to upload both images. At that time I just give up and try another day. 

It did happened like other said, no error after I "upload" the image as the last frame, just my first frame image suddenly disappeared when I upload the last frame. 

I read the replies here I remember I had similar problem : sometimes I can't upload the image directly by select upload from my PC, I have to upload the image to the Board first, then I have to use the Pick to choose that image on the board.  I don't know if it is because of caches problem or what. It also happened after I generate few video  images.

As last time was my first time report a bug, I 'm not sure this reply will be post on the same topic or not. Hope I didn't deplicate my answer. If I did, please help me remove my last one as I type more detail on this one.

since last weekend, I can´t upload a reference image in Adobe Firefly frome my own device. 

I can use the images from my Adobe Cloud to generate new images, but the upload function did not work. If I push the botton to upload an image from my own device just nothing happen, it did not work:

What´s the matter?
