firefly is not generating image. its loading for 30 minutes then its saying something went wrong and cutting my credits without giving any results

      To help us investigate more effectively, could you confirm a couple of details:

      • Have you been using a reference image?

      • Is the issue affecting partner models specifically, or all models?

      I've just lost 400 credits because it didn't generate my video, just said "oops, something went wrong". But it took my credits
      I want my credits back. I just tried to generate a video but it took ages to do anything, and then it just said it couldn’t do it and to try later. But it took my credits! 400

      Hi RaelB,
      We appreciate you writing to us about this.

      Credits in Firefly are deducted instantly when you click on Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance, and that’s when you need to check if they’re back or not.

      Just go check Your Stuff > Generation History and let us know if you found the generation completed in there. If that’s not the case, please share: model, prompt and any reference image you have used with us.

      Hi Hajar, at first it took the credits off me, which is why i contacted. But they appear to be back now.

      I am having trouble generating video now at all, so will leave it for today. Do you have any tips for creating accurate videos of people talking?

      no generations are loading
      Every time I try generate an image its just taking ages and there is no result even after half an hour it just says its still loading even after restarting laptop

      Please check the completion of your generation by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. If you don’t see the result and the generation is still loading, try using a different browser.

       

      If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please reply with a screenshot of the ongoing loading, along with the browsers you tried, and your OS.

      Let us know what you find.

      Hi Hajar, I’ve been experiencing the same issues for the past 3 days. I tried different browsers and different computers. This is getting in the way of my work. What do you think is this widespread issue that we’re all experiencing? Any timeline for resolving it?

        Thank you for reaching out to us.

        Credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

        Could you please double-check the completion of the generation by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. This page shows each generation and the number of credits used.


        If you still can’t find your generation and your credits haven’t been restored, let us know and I’ll take it from there.

        Hi Hajara,
        have checked and I think the problem here is its not generating any images and also neither its deducting my token. can you help me with this from last two days I was unable to generate anything. its just loading without any results.
