I am trying to upscale my images, I will start the process and Adobe will deduct credits but the image never generates or appears in my generation history.

We hear you, and we're sorry for the disruption this has caused.

A fix has been implemented and is currently going through testing. We're expecting it to be live on Thursday, June 11th. We'll update this thread as soon as it's deployed.

I am using Adobe Firefly on my Windows laptop, and for the past three days I have been experiencing an issue with the Upscale feature.

Whenever I try to upscale an image, the process keeps running and shows the "processing" status, but no result is generated, even after waiting for an extended period.

Could you please look into this issue and advise on any possible resolution?

I have been experiencing the same issue. Also tried clearing my cache, closing the browser and restarting the computer. Using Google Chrome in a mac environment

Same here. I have no idea when Adobe is going to fix this. I’ve also tried different browsers and images, but the Upscale feature still fails. It's frustrating because I use the Upscale feature regularly for my work. Hopefully the team can provide an update soon.

Firefly Image 5 can't upscale or retouch images. The app hangs for 15-30 minutes and returns an error, and this happens about every hour. I purchased a subscription, but I can't generate or edit content because your app simply doesn't work.

Upscale Not Working
Every time I try and use the Firefly upscaler, it just sits with the loading bar going across and never finishes. Any idea why? I’ve done the stuff I’ve seen here, cleared the cache, different browsers etc. I have unlimited use of the feature apparently according to my plan.

Update:

After many hours of rendering animation 🔄️⏳, an error message showed up, but the used credits were not refunded.

Dear Hajar, I’ve experienced the same issue as rajju01 when trying to upscale an image in Firefly.
In the morning I had 50 credits, tried the upscale 3x, now I have 35 credits and nothing in my history.
