P: Firefly won’t upscale images but it still takes credits

I am trying to upscale my images, I will start the process and Adobe will deduct credits but the image never generates or appears in my generation history.

Hi everyone!

We hear you, and we're sorry for the disruption this has caused.

A fix has been implemented and is currently going through testing. We're expecting it to be live on Thursday, June 11th. We'll update this thread as soon as it's deployed.

Hi @ruku23,

Is it just with the upscaler? If you try another browser as a test, does it still fail?

Yes I did. I am using the Premium plan and I still have 3990/4000 credits remaining. The issue only happens when I try to upscale images. I have also tested in another browser and the problem persists.

Firefly used my credits but no output result. I am upscaling my images for last 3 days but result same filrefly used my credits and did not generate the image.

It is taling too much time and in last say “somthing went wrong please try again later”

I was upscaling attached background image by using Topaz Bloom 4x and 35 credit deducted.

If there was no result your credits will be returned.
Depending on your plan you may have reached your limit.

augmenter la resolution ne fonctionne pas, reste bloqué à 51% depuis hier
j’ai une image de 1122px par 1403 px, je souhaite x2 ou x4 sa résolution. je l’importe dans adobe firefly . j’utilise le module modifier une image puis augmenter la résolution. j’importe l’image. puis le travail commence mais reste bloqué à 33% ou 51% . j’ai laissé le travail se faire 1 h mais ça bouge pas. en piece jointe l’image

Upscale is not working in Firefly even though I’ve been charged 35 points for using Topaz Bloom…. Are these credits ever returned at some stage?

same keeps happening to me. first time using firefly. Through Chrome, windows 10 top spec machine, gigabit fibre connection - simple upscaling request for a small image, tried 2x, 4x, firefly and gigapixel options. eats the credits and doesn’t work. I’ve left it running for an hour and all I get is the sliding thinking bar. If I refresh, just says something went wrong having deducted my credits and not refunded. Other upscaling Ai’s online (including gigapixel’s own site) gets this done in seconds.
creative suite already costs me a fortune. What gives?
