P: Firefly won’t upscale images but it still takes credits

I am trying to upscale my images, I will start the process and Adobe will deduct credits but the image never generates or appears in my generation history.

We hear you, and we're sorry for the disruption this has caused.

A fix has been implemented and is currently going through testing. We're expecting it to be live on Thursday, June 11th. We'll update this thread as soon as it's deployed.

I have a low-res photo that I need to upscale. It worked once but the original photo had flaws I did not initially see. Once I fixed the flaws and tried to upscale it again, Adobe Firefly just ‘thinks’ until I finally give up.

Upscaler no longer works. It's been stuck "thinking" all day when I try to upscale artwork.
When I try to upscale an image I generated, it just sits and spins for eternity.

Depending on your plan you there might be a slower time period in how many images you can upscale.

I am using the Premium plan and I still have 3990/4000 credits remaining. The issue only happens when I try to upscale images. I have also tested in another browser and the problem persists.

Upscaler doesn’t create images but it consumes my credits. There’s an infinite loader.

I can not upscaling images

I have been experiencing an issue with the Firefly Upscale feature for the past 3–4 days. Whenever I try to upscale an image, the process either fails, gets stuck, or does not complete successfully.

This issue is significantly affecting my workflow, as I regularly use the Upscale feature for my projects. I have already tried refreshing the browser, clearing cache, and using different images, but the problem still persists.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is any ongoing service problem or a possible solution?

I've been waiting like an hour to just upscale one 20 sec video !
What can I say, it’s eternal to upscale one video ! I’ve been waiting for 1 hour and it hasn’t even finished...

Firefly upscaler is stuck. How come there is no way to stop or restart the process? This is absolutely terrible UX.

This has been running for longer than 1h.

It’s a 4x upscale of a 1K image
