Will not generate a video, i hit generate and nothing happens, button becomes unclickable, and no indication of loading or generation present. Cannot generate.

Wenn ich die Maus über eine ausgegraute Funktion halte, dann zeigt mir ein Popup Fenster an, warum die Funktion nicht geht.
Ich will doch nur wissen, warum der generieren Button grau ist und ich kein Video generieren kann.

Was there any fixes for this im having the same issue? I’ve been able to generate normally but not today. I have thousands of credits left.

The same for me, Firefly is having an issue, i’ve been trying for 6 hours today and no joy. I think maybe try again tomorrow is the best suggestion.

my FF software does work
I place frame 1 & 2 and generate button doesn’t work

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my side. Could you please confirm whether this occurs only when generating with the Veo model, or if it also affects other models?

Once we have that clarification, we can escalate the matter to the product team and provide them with as much useful information as possible.

same thing is happening to me. I also just bought 7000 credits and can't use them now and I’m in the middle of video editing and need this asap.
