I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

This issue has been ongoing for me for the past three days. I cannot generate any images using Firefly models. The issue occurs regardless of browser (tried clearing cookies regardless) or Firefly model.

I tested non-firefly models, and they appear to be working, but I did not come here to use those.

Hi everyone, I need some help. For the past 4 days, I haven't been able to generate any images or videos. Every time I try, the system gives me the following error: "There was a problem. Please try again later."

To fix it, I have already cleared my cookies, tried different web browsers, and even attempted to generate the content from a completely different device, but nothing works.

The error is completely blocking my account. I am trying to use the new Veo 3.1 video model with a clean text prompt (no reference images at all), and it instantly triggers the 'Something went wrong' message. It happens with both images and videos. My account seems to be stuck in a backend loop on Adobe's side. Could a moderator please check my user profile or push a manual reset on my queue

Guys it seems to be a issue with the free trials only, the ones with paying subscriptions seem to be working fine with no issues, the customer service are saying that there is a issue with is corresponding over with the free trial

Hello. None of the partner models are currently working. Every generation attempt returns the same error: "SOMETHING WENT WRONG." Clearing cookies doesn't help at all. When do you expect this to be fixed? People use your site professionally and pay for it, yet right now it is completely useless. It would be nice if someone from Adobe finally spoke up and explained what is being done about this.Perhaps it’s time to wake up and tell subscribers where things stand—and why they are paying for something that, effectively, doesn't work?

Whenever I try to generate any kind of video in any model, it's not working. It always shows me "Something went wrong," even if I try any kind of prompt, like a bigger prompt, a smaller prompt, a medium prompt, or a very simple prompt.
