P: No favorites showing up

This is happening to me too. I've been collecting images to use as inspiration for a book and now they are all gone! What should I do?!

Hi, just lost all my preferred! Windows 10, Chrome updated. I purged the browser cache an d cleaned the history and once logged in again to Firefly, all the preferred were lost.

So the preferred immages are somewhat connected with the browser cache? 

No advise about it?

Yes, I see it now, I just made a little check to cover all the options.

Anyway, in the original browser the data got wiped anyway not sure why, the cache cleaning was after it stopped showing any images... I'll try to create new ones and see if it get deleted.

Very weird tho, shouldn't happen like this.

Thank you @Tracy.H . My issue was resolved. I had favorites in different browsers. I expected the images to save in the cloud across browsers, so hopefully this gets some votes when the team can get to it. It'd be nice to keep favorites there, including the prompts. Great job to everyone so far and can't wait to see what this will become. 

@Ziv85  Favorites will be saved to the local browser. They will not persist when switching to a different browser or machine, using an incognito browser, or if you clear your cache

Browser: Microsoft EdgeVersion 114.0.1823.37 (Official build) (64-bit)

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Developer: No unusual errors or anything.

Tried to logout and login again, clean cache also.

Since then I created a new image it's working when refreshing and all, but checked with different browser (Chrome) and the image does not appear in there... looks like the browser is saving the data or something? and it's not on an online storage or something... which is kinda weird, it means if someone will clean cache or install a new browser, everything will be deleted.

I'd a bunch of images 30-40 before the wipe, full of images I've made, suddenly all was gone.

Now only 1 image appearing which I've made today (only in Edge, in Chrome it's not there).

Any updates? No one from Adobe can respond or let us know what is going on with it? Hours and days spent on creating images and over 40 of them just wiped.

Hello, same just happened to me, I entered just now to adobe firefly and it seems that all my work has been wiped from the favorite images, what is going on with it?

I have rebooted and logged out and signed in again. Have enough HD space. I then used the Safari browser and tested it by favoriting one image. On this browser only 1 image showed up on the favorites page: the one I had just favorited, but none of the others:(.
