Generating in Gemini 3.0 and 3.1 not working. “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

    Have tried resetting pc, reinstalling browsers, Firefly will not work!!!!!!!!!!!

    I tried restarting and clearing the cache, you’ve gone one step beyond and reinstalled your browser! Nope, just not working today, I hope tomorrow it will work again!

    Can you please reply with the following information:

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

    • A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

    having the same issues all day in the UK, since 9am until 4pm, I’ve tried 13 times to generate an image and each time after 15-30 minutes it says Something went wrong and Please try again later.

    Firefly will not generate any images

    No, I don’t do videos. I was trying to generate image using Gemini 2.5 and nanobanana option. Have rest pc numerous times, installed different browsers but firefly will not work!!!

    I ran a quick test on my end and was able to generate successfully with both Gemini 3 and Gemini 3.1. This suggests the issue may be related to your prompt or reference image (if you used one). Could you please share those with us so we can take a closer look?

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with all partner generative AI models. Services like Nano Banana and similar models are currently not working on my side.

    The problem is the same in every case: when I try to generate content, the system only shows the message “An error occurred,” but does not provide any explanation or error details.

    At the moment, all partner generative models appear to be unavailable for me, not just one specific model.

    Please help me understand:

    • what is causing this issue,
    • whether this is a temporary service problem,
    • and if there is anything I can do on my side to fix it.

    If needed, I can also provide screenshots and additional details.
