i am just unable to genrate image , its again and again showing error in generation of the image despite of having enough credits

Well, Adobe surely can’t let a whole bunch of people spend their credits before the reloading cycle comes about. Adobe is becoming more and more of a scam every year. Anyway, don’t worry all will be up and running on the 28th of March. Of course, you all notice the generations work best when they are free and then when you have to pay for them, it’s always the wrong generation and the credits are taken from you anyway.
