    Update: This issue seems to be fixed now. Let us know if you are still having trouble with image generations

    Hello, I have the same error with generation, video or photo doesn't matter, it doesn't generate with reference prompts, the prompt doesn't matter, the question arises - what are we paying 30 dollars a month for?

    The circle next to the "uses 10 credits" just keeps turning. No image is produced

    Could you please confirm whether you were able to generate any images using specific settings, either with or without a reference image? I’d like to understand whether this problem is affecting certain features or if it’s more general.

    Do you mean the issue isn’t happening on certain devices while using the same Adobe account? Please let us know if that’s the case, as it would be very useful to understand which devices are impacted and which are not.

    I will say this personally, the devices do not work with sample photos or prompts, the generation simply does not work, it is terrible)

    No funciona. Solo errores y malgasto mis créditos y dinero.
    Desde antes de ayer no me deja generar nada con ninguna IA de terceros, solo errores , y mis créditos caducan. ¿Quién me los va a descontar?, para el pago si es efectivo. Es lento y falla mucho. Gracias a que tengo otras plataformas contratadas puedo funcionar en mi trabajo que sí que funcionan bien y sin fallos y con los mismos generadores de IA e incluso más sino estaría perdiendo más dinero aun del que pago por un servicio que no me está funcionando.
    Es un desastre

    The issue has been escalated to our product team, and they’re working on a fix. One detail you mentioned caught my attention, the accounts in your workplace not being affected. Could you confirm whether those accounts are on Enterprise/Teams plans?
