I cant work on firefly its not working for me since yesterday and still utilizing my credits
My credits are losing but images are not being created.

Thanks for writing in,

Credits in Firefly are deducted instantly when you click on Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance, and that’s when you need to check if they’re back or not.

Let us know what you find.

Firefly is completely bugged, doesm’t generate images, just loading forever...

A problem occurred
I sent you a notification yesterday as well, but you still haven’t responded.

The issue is still ongoing and it’s not allowing any actions while generating images in Firefly. Please help resolve this now.

I can not generate any pictures and videos since the last 36 hours. I have 1425 credits active. Could you please fix this situation. Thanks

it wont generate images, says something went wrong try again later. does it all the time, only lets me edit old saved images, its not working why am I paying for it? what canI do to fix it? should I try reinstalling it?
